Join Danielle for this 15 minute gentle mini class designed to reduce tightness by focusing on different parts of your body and feeling your breath. Get accessible, grounded movement and in this "Melt" format where you'll be invited to relax into each shape, trace sensation and feel your body let go.

Really for anyone! You can sit in a chair if sitting on the floor isn't accessible to you.
