Free Flow is our style of ecstatic dance, inspired by Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms.

It's designed to cultivate courage and self-exploration. It's about letting go of self-consciousness and connecting to the many parts of our selves, tapping into our inherent movement & wisdom. It's really magic and I'm excited to share it with you!

We'll use the five elements as our framework:

Earth for grounding presence

Water for flow and learning to adapt

Fire for creativity, change, and letting go

Air for connecting to lightness and joy

Universe for acceptance and true connection

Phew! What a wild ride. Don't worry, I'll walk through it with you.
