In Living Yoga, we'll explore the foundations and practice of the 8 limb path of yoga - integrating yogic wisdom with aligned action.
In this part 1 of the 5 part series we'll explore the first of the 8 limbs - the Yamas - a moral & ethical foundation for a meaningful practice.
These foundations include compassion, truthfulness, non-stealing, moderation and non-attachment to enrich your yoga on and off the mat.

MEET YOUR TEACHERS
Pele Yoga Founder, Danielle Rinallo & Embodied Anatomy Teacher, Laura Murawski
Embodied Anatomy Teacher (She/Her, Rochester NY)
Laura spent her younger years moving at dance and yoga studios. She graduated with a BFA in dance from The College at Brockport, SUNY in 2018 and is currently teaching dance at Fitzsimmons, and is a company member of Frazee Feet Dance. Like many, she was first drawn to the physical practice & benefits of yoga - and now she's grown in appreciation for the richer tradition & holistic practices.
A graduate of Pele Yoga's first teacher training in 2019, she is now on staff sharing her expertise in anatomical refinements as an access point to embodying yoga's philosophy in movement. A committed student & dedicated teacher, she'll lead you with compassion & joy to explore this empowering and meaningful practice.
Pele Yoga Founder (She/Her/They, Rochester NY)
A long time dancer and mover Danielle was drawn to vinyasa yoga in 2009 to navigate her corporate ladder climb and quarter life crisis.
Questions yoga is helping her answer are: What are we doing here? Why do I make the choices I make? What is true fulfillment?
Her first teacher training opened the doors to understanding that yoga is so much more than the poses and she's never looked back.
Danielle supports students with her empowering and intuitive teaching style. She has a gift for effective and meaningful feedback.
