PELE FLOW: VINYASA YOGA
This class is great for flexibility, creating aliveness in the body and experiencing mental clarity. At Pele, you'll get creative sequencing, engaging music & thoughtful guidance to support you!
Our Pele flow is designed to be accessible by beginners, and invigorating to any yogi. We offer ways to increase and decrease intensity in each class and we'll guide you through.
PELE MELT: YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is beneficial for your joint range of motion, encourages a practice of softening and is inspired by chinese medicine, boosting an ease in the flow of your energetic health.
This is a slower class than vinyasa, poses are held for longer for time to "melt" into them.
Great for beginners and yogi's seeking a yin to their yang practice.
PELE FREE FLOW: DANCE
Come activate your ability to let go and feel free through this yoga inspired dance!
With guidance and framework of the elements (earth, water, fire, air, universe) you'll learn to connect with the music, yourself and one another to feel free!
Open to all levels of experience.
