About Me

YogaAlign™ Hello and welcome! My name is Anastasia Chovan.
I am a certified 200 hour YogAlign™ instructor and have been practicing yoga for eight years. Traveling in Kauai for holiday I found Michelle Edwards and YogAlign. This was the first yoga I had experienced where it was truly for everyone. I loved it so much I decided to return to be certified so I could share my experience and let people know that anyone can do pain free yoga and feel great!

My Customized YogAlign™ Practice

YogAlign™ is a unique yoga practice that recognizes the innate intelligence of the body and gives you the tools to become your own teacher.

Original yogis would educate their students in a one on one setting. It is recommended that for a new YogAlign student to receive the highest benefit from the YogAlign method that they go through at least three sessions in a one-on-one setting.
