The Method

YogAlign Method™ was developed by Michelle Edwards in Kauai, HI. Michelle is an over 2000 hour yoga master and highly respected in the world of Yoga.

YogAlign™ is a three part body work structure of learning how to breath from the psoas muscle, warm into yoga poses through stretching, lomi lomi (self massage), and through yoga poses that keep you in natural alignment with the four curves of your spine.
